  • The interior of that Fifth Avenue is absolutely beautiful. Damn, I'd give my right nut to have a new car with an interior like that.

  • The buyer market has indeed change. The family sedan has been replaced by the mini van and yeppers, suv's and even trucks. Todays truck are something else. Like rolling offices and living rooms. But want luxury? MY '56 Imperial Southampton Crown Royal.

  • I had a Roadmaster like that only with an original beautiful black-cherry paint job. I drove it cross-country and as a daily. Sold it locally a couple years ago and wish I hadn't every time I see it go by. 275 horse and 275 torque moved her just fine everywhere I went. Great luxury sport car.

  • Had an maroon 89 Fifth Avenue in college. With the deep cushion velour seats. Comfortable as hell. Until both the AC and the windows broke in summer in Texas.

  • I actually owned a 1988 Chrysler 5th Ave that I bought from a retired detective. Ridiculously comfortable and had a scarily top speed of 160 MPH...... I should have kept it, but when the kids came, I had to upgrade

  • The 300 and Charger aren’t Europeanish. They’re muscle-ish. Still different. Great vid.

  • Just caught this vid and yes yes and yes, Who drives on a skid pad on a regular basis?seen many hair pin turns, banked ovals chicanes. In the real world with traffic, speed limits and never ending road construction . G-pad stiff suspension and two hundred mph potential have zero value. In the land of the free give me a big quiet comfortable ride and two ,or four ,lane blacktop black top to the horizon.

  • Ahoy you are right but this will not happen. This is Flat Out "Bull Shit". American auto manufacturers are making poorly designed parts that need to be replaced at a very highly parts that makes the vehicles unreliable as well high costly to maintained & operate . In short they are killing there own customers. I predict that American auto manufacturers will have to only make military's vehicles to keep going or change there way of thinking. If not They will die off . I saw this coming down the pike in 1976 & they have only gotten worse . It will only get worse as too greatly for the $$$$$.

  • So imagine a new full size Roadmaster with a 6.2 and magna ride and 10 speed. Just think about that. Or a new Crown Vic with a full tilt 3.5 eco boost hybrid like the F150, seating for 6 and so quiet inside you have to keep looking at the dash to make sure the engine is still on. At Least Chrysler still has the 300

This is worth subscribing and watching your videos for a few month at least. Best wishes to your friend and I hope to get to know you and your work on LTworlds. You have past videos and I will watch them as well . This is what Americans are the best at. Let’s all doing something for someone next week. I am retired and I and my wife will go out to eat and we will pay for an couple or a lone woman out eating meal. We see them at the restaurants, we will pay and not let them know who paid. I will do this in honor or this video. Very nice.

  • If land yachts got close to 40 mpg, I'd probably have one. I love the way the drive. But efficiency is hard for me to pass up. I had a 78 Pontiac Phoenix with with a 305 v8 and only 50k original miles on it in the early 2000s and I loved it, but 17 mpg when gas was starting to get pricy, I had to get rid of it.

  • You are 100% spot-on about the Chrysler m-body. Plymouth had the Grand Fury, Dodge had the Diplomat and Chrysler had the Fifth Avenue. The Dodge M body platform, still lives on today similarly in the Chrysler 300 like you said. The Styling is very similar to the Chrysler Fifth Avenue, Dodge Diplomat in Plymouth Gran Fury Also the M Body was the best cop car. Took a better hit and more durable

That was very kind of you to help Mike out. I also agree, Buick should bring the Roadmaster back and Jeep should re-imagine the Wagoneer.

  • These American land yachts are currently going for BIG $$ overseas in Europe and Asia. Driving one of these around London, Paris, Moscow, Tokyo will have you turning heads more than any modern car. These beauties turn as many heads overseas as $100,000 sports cars because 99% of the people never saw one in person.
